On guests words

Unforgettable stay! Waking up to the sound of waves and panoramic ocean views was a daily treat. The house is only a few meters away from the sea. It was a memorable coastal retreat!

Our holiday was pure bliss. The breathtaking panorama of the ocean and soothing sounds of the waves made every moment truly serene. It's the kind of place where the sea becomes an integral part of your stay. My husband and I cannot imagine anything better for our holiday!

Villa Mal Pasis located in

Alcudia

Alcúdia, one of the prettiest locations on the island of Mallorca, boasts historic buildings, narrow streets, and a bustling market

Known affectionately by locals as "the old town," Alcúdia is situated alongside the Roman ruins of Pollentia, once the capital of Mallorca due to its strategic location for sea routes.
Alcúdia is based at the bottom of a peninsula that separates the Bays of Alcúdia and Pollensa, making it a prime location for those who appreciate stunning Mediterranean landscapes.

When you walk through the main gate into the walled, medieval town, you'll feel like you've stepped back in time. Most buildings inside the walls have been lovingly maintained and restored, adding to the town's magical feel.
Residents of Alcúdia enjoy leisurely strolls along the narrow, pedestrianised streets, where surprises await around every corner.

On Sundays and Tuesdays, the open market spreads through much of the town, attracting locals and tourists alike with its stalls filled with fresh local produce and souvenirs. In the evening, the town is bathed in warm lamplight, giving the colorful buildings a soft, pleasing glow.
Alcúdia is the perfect place to sit outside for hours on a balmy evening at one of its many bars and cafes, watching the world go by.
