Es Turonet is a unique property located on top of a hill between the towns of Inca and Mancor de la Vall. It has a privileged location as it's located on the highest part of a hill, meaning it has stunning 360º views of all villages and mountains nearby.

You will access the property via a private entrance and path that will lead to the main parking area of the house, where several vehicles can be parked without problems.

When entering the house you will find an entrance hall and turning to the left there is an open fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, many small appliances such as blender, 3 types of coffee machine, water boiler etc, all cutlery, glasses, cooking utensils are also provided.

Next to the kitchen we find a large eating and the living room with comfortable sofas, armchairs and storage space. There are international channel via satellite as well as Wifi around the house, board and children games and plenty of books too. There is a large fireplace too.

From the kitchen and dining area, there is direct access to the beautiful porche, surrounded by plants, flowers and magnificent views. There are several seating areas such as a large table with chairs and a chill out area. There is a nice built-in barbecue too. The terrace continues and almost surrounds the whole house, giving us numerable areas where to enjoy the views.

The property has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total:
Main bedrooms has a kingsize bed with large wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with two sinks, WC, bidet, a shower and also a bath tub. Both bedroom and bathroom have beautiful views.
Second bedroom has two single beds, a working desk, a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a sink, WC and a bath tub. This bathroom has two entrance doors, one that is accessed from the bedroom and another from the corridor so it can be used by all guests without having to enter the bedroom.
Third bedroom has two single beds, wonderful views, large storage space and an en suite bathroom with a shower, WC and a sink.
Fourth bedroom is located at the end of the corridor, it has a large wardrobe, 2 single beds and direct access to the terrace at the rear of the house.

From the outside porche there are some stairs leading to the garden and pool area. The house has a 10x5m chlorine pool with sun loungers for all guests, sun umbrella, table and chairs, beautiful shaded areas under the trees where to enjoy a typical siesta after a nice barbecue.
There is a wonderful large grass area with some children games as well as some nice benches under the old tree on the far end of the garden. There are fruit trees, a small pond and many small areas to discover. This house is perfect for families with children as there is a large amount of space throughout the property and innumerable memories to make.

The house has standing fans in all bedrooms and living room. There is central heating too for those wishing to enjoy a perfect winter stay.
