On the lower floor we find 3 bedrooms with two single beds each, a bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and bidet. There is a living room with sofas, table and TV, this could be the perfect place for children to play or watch movies. There is access to a large terrace overlooking the sea.

The exteriors have small garden areas, outdoor furniture, private parking for 3 cars, terrace, an outdoor shower and barbecue.
The entire property is fenced.

From the garden area there is a private path that goes down to the cove, where you will find sun loungers to relax and enjoy great privacy.

- Groups of youngsters under 28 years old are not allowed, except in cases where they travel accompanied by their parents.
