Ca'n Sarales is an exclusive property located in the heart of Deia, by the village's church. The property offers tranquility and privacy together with a convenient location within walking distance to the shops, bars and restaurants. Its main highlight is a well sized infinity pool with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and its stylish decoration. This wonderful and stylish property it's located in a sloping terrain, common in this side of the island.

The house is distributed in three floors, main (0), -1 and -2. On the main floor we find the main entrance, a spacious living room with comfortable furniture and a fireplace, two dining areas (one in the living room and another inside the kitchen) and a modern and fully equipped kitchen with all you need in order to prepare lovely meals and enjoy some cooking time with your loved ones.
The house is equipped with air conditioning/heating units in all bedrooms and living room too. Wireless internet connection is available throughout the whole house.

On the same main floor we find the master bedroom with a double bed, an en suite bathroom offering a large shower, bidet, two sinks and a toilet. There is a large dressing room with plenty of space and a nice attic working area accessible by stairs.

On the downstairs floor (-1), we find 3 bedrooms, two of them with double beds and one with two single beds made as a double, all with their own en suite bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink. Decoration is stylish and is taken care to detail with beautiful colors and textiles. Two of these bedrooms have beautiful sea views as well as views of the village and one of them of the swimming pool. One of the bedrooms down stairs also has a nice working space for those who need to stay connected and have their quiet working area.

On the -2 level, there is a small room which usually used by guests own staff (maids, nanny etc), a small bathroom that connects with the pool area, a small kitchen, a large laundry room with clothes rack, washing machine and tumble dryer too, as well as a large and very well equipped gym with a treadmill, exercise bike, benches, boxing bag etc

The jewel of the house would be the swimming pool area, with nice and comfortable sun loungers, sofas, armchairs and set tables where you will spend long hours just swimming, sun bathing and simply feeling peace and enjoying the beautiful views. There is an outdoor shower too.

Other outdoor spaces are found in different levels, giving us several unique areas with table and chairs, sun loungers, shaded areas etc where each can find its own personal relaxing space.

We would highly recommend this property for those looking for a large and spacious house with private pool, wonderful views but at the same time not being far away from the enchanting village of Deia.

House rules:
- Children allowed only from ages 0-5 years old.
- Groups of youngsters under 25 years old are not allowed, except in cases where they travel accompanied by their parents.
- No parties or events are allowed in the property, damage deposit could be deducted automatically if this rule is not met.
- No smoking inside the house, it's permitted in the outdoor areas only.
